No, you will not be charged for sending sms to numbers on DND services since the sms will not be delivered. If by any means you are charged please contact our support for a refund.

The reason for the error notification referred might be due to: a. insufficient funds in your account b. API not correctly configured. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and your API is correctly configured and try the operation again.
